Looking out my new window

Ok, I didn't think the prior post through... It's great to be able to understand what people around you are saying and especially being able to interact with them. I just sat between some annoying people at the gate.
On my way to the airport the taxi driver was listening to French stand-up, I was able to get a few words here and there but far from enough to get the jokes. At one point when he was laughing extra hard, he looked back at me to see if I was laughing with him, but my face was blank.
Now I'm in Copenhagen and I'm exited about being back. I want to get better at taking advantage of what the city has to offer and I'm exited about exploring Copenhagen with curious eyes.
I did fall head over heels in love with Paris. The beautiful city will always have a special place in my heart. I left with the feeling of already wanting to go back.
There are many things that are great about Copenhagen. I've been in love with this place. I hope and believe that I will again.

  1. I bet you can't help love that view from your window. The classic brick house and terra cotta (it is terra cotta, right?) roof does evoke a feeling of comfort and home. I wish I can say the same for the view from my window.
